Advance Retail Sales -0.2% versus economists consensus of -0.5%, prior period number was +0.5%

 

SO CONSUMERS ARE SPENDING LESS, BUT NOT AS LESS AS ECONOMISTS PREDICTED?  IS THAT GOOD OR BAD???
