It's The Economy Stupid: Housing Starts

Big number in Housing Starts.  Best numbers since March.  However, there is a kind of disparity between Mortgage Applications and Housing Starts.  But no doubt that a better, healthier housing supply, and the turnover of that housing supply, would be good for the economy.
